HWC also owns and operates the Hampstead Community Building, a huge space for rent with a commercial-quality kitchen, a separate bar area and ABC permit available.

This historic building, constructed in the 1950s by Hampstead citizens, is supported entirely by rental income. We offer reasonable rates, ample parking and easy access to Food Lion and the ABC Store.

With a total capacity of 170 - 140 in the main room and 30 in the bar area or "O'Hara Room" - this venue is convenient to Wilmington and Jacksonville, and perfect for your next party, reunion, meeting or wedding. Ask us about recurring rentals for exercise or hobby classes.
