I travel a good distance to go to this theater. I love the larger seats that lean back and have arm rests that can either be up or down. The bathrooms are always clean-in going here over the last four years the bathroom was only a mess one time. The employees have always been friendly and engaging and usually knowledgeable about the films. I feel comfortable about going here and that says a lot.

This theater is perfectly fine to me. I enjoy the movies here. Only once did I have a problem and that was when I was watching Harry Potter and it set fire and it showed it on screen. Its a little dirty sometimes but otherwise its okay. The management is fine. You just have to show everyone you need attention and not just stand there. I prefer the weekends to go see a show...

We took our daughter to see Percy Jackson for her birthday at this theatre. For the first 10 minutes of the movie the curtains were not fully opened so we had about 5' of the screen cut off on either side. After complaining to the teenagers hanging out at the concession stand the issue was fixed within a few minutes. Later, about 30 minutes into the movie the screen went black while the audio continued to play. Since there was obviously no employee paying attention several members of the audience had to go complain. After waiting an additional 20-30 minutes with no fix we decided to give up and move on with our day. The teens working the concession stand informed us the general manager was out of town and that it was impossible to offer us a refund. We did get re-admit passes for a future showing, but I'm not going to waste my time returning to this poorly managed theatre.

I went to see a movie at this theater 3 different times. The first time, I went during the week and during the day. It was a good experience. The second time I went, I went on a weekend and during the day. It was a mistake. Most of the employees seemed careless, including the older employees, which I'm assuming were the managers. I also decided to go during the week again, but this time during the evening. Even though it wasn't as bad as the weekend, it still wasn't great. I will only go during the week and during the day from now on, which it seems as if that's when this theater gets most of it's business because it seems busy during the day, and it doesn't surprise me.
