The Thai Grille

Why is it that whenever we get food to go from this place it is a miserable experience? This was the last straw. We ordered the terriyaki chicken and some spring rolls. We knew to ask if certain items (such as the FOOD) were in the boxes. We were assured by the hostess and a server that the food and sauces were, in fact, in their correct places. Of course when we got home they were not. On top of that the chicken was so burnt that we had to put it outside because it was making our house stink! Completely inedible. When I called to explain the only response from the hostess was "oh, ok." I could understand if this were a one time issue. But it seems to be a regular problem.

Definitely not an authentic Thai restaurant. Shrimp tempura, chicken teriyaki, sesame seared ahi? Sounds pretty damn Japanese to me. Don't get me wrong, there are some Thai dishes on the menu even though only one of the desserts can halfway be considered Thai. The well-known Pad Thai here is awful - you could tell it was tasteless just by looking at it because it was so damn pale!
