This 16 hour course is a basic food sanitation course for the food service industry taught by Diane Withrow, CFCC Hospitality Mgt. Program Coordinator. It is an important certification for individuals employed in the food service industry. Certification of a manager will qualify a food service facility for a 2 point bonus on their health inspection grade in North Carolina. This certificate is accepted for 3 years in North Carolina.
