Wilmington Empty Bowls 2012 features a luncheon of homemade soups and breads, with each guest receiving a hand-crafted pottery bowl by local artists in return for their donations. All proceeds benefit Good Shepherd Center and Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, local nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing meals and groceries to area residents in need.
