Walk to Run Program for Beginners
Have you ever wanted to start running? Beginner’s Walk to Run program is for anyone interested in running for fun, health and fitness. Good running habits are stressed and participants are videotaped during the first class to help guide them to develop good running form. Each participant will progress at their own individual pace.
