Finding your Balance in Nature
Tense muscles, racing minds and negative thoughts can cause impatience, frustration and unhappiness. Yoga and meditation can calm and focus the mind, release stress from the body and bring inner peace to help us find more contentment in life. This provides instruction on the practice of gentle yoga and the benefits of meditation in the serene settings of Wilmington’s beautiful parks. The first session takes place in the OLLI classroom. The remaining three are held outdoors, weather permitting.
