Celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday with wacky, family-friendly music by Mr. Mark (Mark Dannon Herbert of Wilmington) and a craft activity. Mr. Mark has been entertaining kids for over 7 years with fun, original songs that encourage movement and learning. This free family program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. No pre-registration, just show up in your wildest hat!
