August 2,2010 at 6pm in the New Hanover County Commissioners meeting, The Azalea Coast Amateur Radio Club
will present an award to Commissioner Bill Caster for his efforts in assisting Amateur Radio. Amateur Radio operators
in the New Hanover County area supply emergency communications when severe weather, such as hurricanes, strike the coast.
